Shipping to the US
You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. For earlier delivery, we’ll be happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge: Overnight via FedEx will be approximately $15.00 extra depending on your location (calculated at the time of shipping); however orders will be processed on the next business day after the order is placed.

For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11am EST; and will ship the following business day. For example: Orders placed on Monday by 11am EST will be processed and shipped on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 11am EST through Friday 11am EST will arrive on Monday.

Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11am EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses, our standard is Fedex International Economy. Extra rates may apply.

Shipping Address Options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Either option may be selected in the check out process. If you’re sending a gift, we can remove pricing information on the package receipt.

Our guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your items.

Within 10 days of original purchase:
Milk on the Rocks NYC gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we’ll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price of items purchased on the site. We cannot refund or exchange items purchased from a third party, ie. one of our retailers. We will not accept items for exchange or refund after 10 business days of receiving the merchandise. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds or exchanges to be processed.

International Orders
We currently do not ship any online purchases to any locations outside of the United States. Special arrangements can be made for shipments within France or Canada for an extra processing fee TBD; pending product availability.
